How to Join
Membership is open to all boat owners and occupiers of the marina’s 1600 berths, including families, syndicates and charter companies. There is a nominal £10.00 annual fee, renewable in January each year, with the first renewals set for January 2009.
Membership forms are available from the Marina Reception on the West Jetty, from the toilet blocks, and from several marina businesses, including SMR and SailnetUK. The form can also be downloaded from this site – please click here .
Simply complete the form and hand it in with your membership fee to the Marina Reception, who will accept the forms and fees on our behalf.
Membership Benefits
Every member, in return for the modest membership fee, has the opportunity to raise concerns, to propose ideas or suggestions that could improve any aspect of life on the water in Brighton Marina, and to vote on issues at berth holders’ meetings. Discounts for members have been negotiated with many of the businesses in the marina – chandlers, retailers and restaurants – with many savings and special offers available. Please see the Discounts and Deals page for further information.
Members of the BMBHA are also entitled to post messages in our Forum, which is providing a welcome and useful facility for lively debate on any marina-related topic. BMBHA members can also attend our programme of regular meetings and social events – please see the Events section for details.
